- Full-term infants (4–24 months): Apply 1.25 mL (¼ spoon) four times daily after meals. Use a clean finger to apply in small portions to affected areas.
- Children 2+ years and adults: Apply 2.5 mL (½ spoon) four times daily after meals.
- Retain gel in mouth for as long as possible before swallowing.
- Continue use for 2 days after symptoms disappear.
- For denture-related infections: apply to lesions in the evening and leave overnight; brush prostheses with gel at night.
