To use the C-technique for flossing, you can follow these steps:
1. Wrap about 30cm of floss around each middle finger.
2. Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and forefingers.
3. Starting at the back of your upper or lower jaw, gently slide the floss between your teeth.
4. Curve the floss into a C-shape around the side of one tooth.
5. Gently rub the side of the tooth with an up-and-down motion, following the shape of the tooth.
6. Repeat this method on the rest of your teeth, top and bottom.
Don’t forget to floss the back side of your last teeth.
Use a clean section: Unroll the floss to a clean section as you go.
Be careful: Avoid snapping the floss into your gums.
