Brush thoroughly with a Meridol toothbrush, at least twice daily, as recommended by your dentist or physician.
Adults and children over the age of 7 can benefit from using a fluoride-based toothpaste for improved oral health. If you’re using other fluoride products, consult your dentist or doctor to avoid excess fluoride intake.
Do not swallow the toothpaste—spit and rinse your mouth thoroughly after brushing.
