Wear While You Clean

1. Remove trays and dispense up to 1 full pump of foam into each tray (a little goes a long way).
2. Spread evenly with the nozzle tip to cover all surfaces.
3. Reinsert trays, spit out any excess, and let foam naturally dissipate. No need to rinse.
4. Use up to 4 times daily for best results.

Preventative Rinse

1. After brushing, dispense 2 pumps of foam directly into your mouth.
2. Swish vigorously for 1 minute, avoiding swallowing.
3. Spit out foam and do not rinse—remaining foam will dissipate naturally. Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes afterward.

Deep Clean Option

1. Remove trays and fill with foam.
2. Let soak for 5 minutes for a deeper clean.
3. Optionally, use a soft toothbrush to gently remove buildup—avoid scrubbing too hard to prevent scratches.
