Ingredients / Materials

1. Use twice daily, morning and evening, after brushing your teeth.
2. Measure 10 ml of the mouthwash.
3. Rinse vigorously between your teeth and around the gum line for 1 full minute.
4. Spit out the rinse. Do not rinse your mouth with water afterward.
5. Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes following use for optimal results.
