1. Brush twice daily for 2 minutes.
2. For children under 6, use a pea-sized amount with adult supervision.
3. Use with meridol® mouthwash and a meridol® soft toothbrush for optimal gum health.

• Adults and children over the age of 7 can benefit from using a fluoride-based toothpaste for improved oral health. If you’re using other fluoride products, consult your dentist or doctor to avoid excess fluoride intake.
• Do not swallow the toothpaste—spit and rinse your mouth thoroughly after brushing.
• For best results, twist off the seal using the cover cap and store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat. Ensure storage temperatures do not exceed 25°C to maintain product effectiveness.
