1. Dispense a pea-sized amount of Tooth Mousse onto a clean finger or tray.
2. Apply a thin layer to teeth using a gloved finger, cotton swab, or tray.
3. Allow to remain on teeth for at least 3 minutes.
4. Spread the excess around the mouth with the tongue and hold for another 1–2 minutes.
5. Spit out. Avoid eating/drinking for 30 minutes after application.
6. For best results, use daily or as directed by your dentist.
