1. Use twice daily, morning and evening, after your normal brushing routine.
2. Measure 10 ml of the mouthwash into the cap.
3. Rinse vigorously for 1 full minute, ensuring it reaches all areas of the mouth.
4. Spit out the rinse. Do not rinse your mouth with water afterward.
5. Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes following use.
