- Apply a pea-sized amount to teeth using a clean finger, cotton swab, or tray.
- Spread across the teeth and allow to sit undisturbed for 3 minutes.
- Swish the excess around with the tongue for 1–2 minutes.
- Spit out but do not rinse.
- Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after use.
- Use once or twice daily, or as recommended by a dental professional.
